The Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant is open to female high school students ages 15-18.
"The Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant is not to be mistaken for a beauty pageant, to the contrary, it is a cultural pageant steeped in the African American experience. The pageant is designed to promote sisterhood, unity, self-confidence, and social awareness."
