Thank you for considering the Ritz for your event!
Here are a few things you should know as you begin your plans to host your special event at the historic Ritz Theatre and Museum. For a detailed Rental Guidelines Summary, click here:
- The Ritz Theatre and Museum is a city-managed building, which means we are governed by rules and regulations set forth by City Council of the City of Jacksonville. We are not at liberty to waive or reduce rental fees.
- Due to liability concerns, outside technical personnel may only be utilized in addition to technical personnel contracted by the Ritz Theatre.
- SMG/Ticketmaster handles all ticket printing and sales for our facility. There is a service charge added to the price of each ticket. Please refer to the Rental Guidelines Summary for Ticketmaster locations and additional ticket information.
- A date for an event may be placed on hold. Should another client request that date, you will have 48 hours to confirm the date by signing the lease agreement, paying the non-refundable base rental fee deposit and providing a liability insurance policy to cover the facility for the event. Otherwise, the date will be automatically released.
**All dates are automatically released 30 days prior to the event if the lease agreement terms have not been met.
We look forward to your successful event here at the Ritz Theatre and Museum.
